1 Peter 2:5-6

As you come to him, the living Stone rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Be Courageous

Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Most people dislike confrontations.  While it has become fashionable to post bold comments on facebook or twitter, face to face is another matter.

Reconciliation can be difficult, but have courage.

Taking the first step towards reconciliation is an example of a high risk - high reward activity.  It is definitely high risk.  You are in conflict with the person already and you are giving them the opportunity to turn you down.  So making the effort takes courage.

It is also a chance at high reward.  Conflict costs a heavy toll, and even if you are turned down, at least you know that you've done your part.
